This cheerful card would make anyone happy to receive and the perfect card to say hello. The Daffodil Delight Buffalo Check background image with the basic black accent really make this bee stand out and with the simple layers could be easily changed around with so many different themes. The NEW Buffalo Check background image is definitely one of my favorites.

To create this card you will need:

Basic Black card stock- cut 1 at 5 1/2″ X 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″, die cut a 2 3/4″ scallop square.
Daffodil Delight card stock- cut 2 at 3 3/4″ X 5″ (1 for the card front and 1 for inside), scrap for the tag.
Whisper White card stock- cut 2 at 3 1/2′ X 4 3/4″, die cut 1 2 5/8″ stitched square.
The bee is stamped in memento black ink and colored in with the Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend marker. The spatters were created with a basic black marker. Linen thread was used to tie on the tag and dimensionals were used to pop it up.
