With Sale A Bration coming to an end I though I would share a stack of  note cards I made using the Heartfelt Blooms stamp set and Shimmer ribbon pack. I’m so glad I didn’t overlook this stamp set, it was perfect to create this quick and easy note card with just a few supplies.

To get started you will need a note card and envelope, basic gray ink, a piece of whisper white card stock cut at 3 7/8″ X 2 3/8″, basic gray card stock cut at 4″ X 2 1/2″, a piece of the gray shimmer ribbon (FREE Sale-A-Bration item), Heartfelt Blooms stamp set (FREE Sale-A-Bration item), Hardwood background stamp, dimensionals, stampin’ sponges.

• basic gray ink- ink  the hardwood background stamp , stamp off a scrap piece of paper then on the front of your note card.(this will give a lighter image)
• basic gray ink- stamp the flower and sentiment on the white card stock, use a sponge with basic gray ink to soften the edges of the note card and card stock.
• adhere the image to the basic gray card stock, wrap the gray shimmer ribbon around and tie a bow.
• attach to the front of the note card with dimensionals

….finish off your set by stamping the flower on the envelope and a corner on the inside of the note card. That was pretty simple, repeat with the different sentiments to create a stack of note cards for you or to give as a gift.
