Flannel shirts are warm & cozy and remind me of cooler nights and sitting by a fire. I wanted to create that feeling with paper so I started grabbing products that would help me create a background paper that reminded me of my favorite flannel shirt….
The Buffalo Check background stamp will work for the base, I will add the detail lines with the Stampin’ Blends, using both the fine and brush tips. To give it the texture I wanted I use the Subtle embossing folder and ran it through the Big Shot. I created three different pieces with totally different colors….
…and from these three pieces I created a Fall, Christmas and Valentines day card. It really is hard to stop when you start playing with the different color combinations.
