WOW? how can it be WEEK 8 of my Halloween count down? I have been having so much fun sharing cards, tags & Treats with you featuring this years Halloween product. The Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper is definitly a favorite and I really like how it coordinates with the Frightfully Yours & Cutest Halloween Bundles.
Today’s treat has me just a little BATTY…and is a quick treat to make for all your little goblin!
Let’s Get started….
Cutting Instructions:
- Cute Halloween DSP – cut 2 @ 2″ x 6: score both at 3/4″, 4″, 4 3/4″, cut out the bat images
- Pumpkin Pie – punch 1 Everyday label
- Highland Heather – punch 1 Label Me Lovely Label
- Black Glitter Paper – cut 1 @ 1″ 3 1/3″
Assemble:
- Create the belly band by adhering the 2 3/4″ ends, wrap around the acetate box and adhere. The belly band can now slide off and on.
- Tie a bow with the Black Gitter ribbong by wrapping it aroung the belly band and tieing the bow at the top.
- Using a dauber shade the edges of the Pumpkin Pie and Highland Heather labels with coordinating colors.
- Spatter the Highland Heather Label with the Highland Heather Stampin’ Blend. To spatter use the brush tip and flick off the lid.
- Punch a hole in the top of the tag with Detailed Trio punch and loop through about 8″ of the black and white twine.
- Stamp the “Batty for You” with black ink and attach the bat on the branch and the flying bat with dimensionals
- Cut the Pumpkin Pie label in half and flag one end of the 1″ glitter strip.
- Now you have all your pieces and you are ready to put them all together.
- Cut the Pumpkin Pie label in half and attach it to the the back of the Highland Heather Label.
- Add a couple dimensionals to the space between the Pumpkin Pie and attach the Black Glitter strip.
- Loop one of the Black & White twine under the Black glitter bow and tie it on.
- Don’t forget to slide off the belly band and fill with a yummy treat!
