Creating two cards with one layout...

Daisy’s and Elephants are the focus on this weeks TWO for Tuesday. It was so much fun creating these cards with a couple of my favorite punches. Both punches come with coordinating stamp sets or can be used alone. To create the cards I used two coordinating designer series paper, Best Dressed and Tropical Oasis. I added ribbon to both, punched a 2″ circle and popped up the sentiment. My cards base is 5 1/2′ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″. The designer series paper is cut at 1 1/4″ x 4, I adhere the top and bottom piece first. Next I spaced out the two middle ones so the card based peeked through. Wrap a piece of ribbon around the 2 1/2″ x 4″ piece of designer series paper and attach with dimensionals. Add the 2″ circle, the punched images and your cards are complete.

Using designer series paper as your focus can create so may different looks. Don’t be afraid to mix things up, I love how Tropical Oasis paper worked for a baby card. I hope you will try out this layout and create a few cards with your designer series paper & punches.

Here are a few pictures to walk you through the simple steps to create these cards.

Create your card base with 4 – 1 1/4″ x 4″ strips of designer series paper.
